We spent the weekend of Sept. 19th at Melissa Matta, daughter of Dave and Susan. Their house is a beautiful country farmhouse on over six acres in Blairstown near the Deleware Water Gap.

This is a view of the back of their home. The pond is actually across the street.

This view is from the nosebleed section. Tom and Melissa's property rises up steeply to a crest where there is a bike/hike trail.

On Saturday we hiked along a trail at the Gap which led up to an overlook.

Later in the afternoon we stopped where Dave fished and the rest of us soaked our tired piggies in the Deleware.

Saturday was Dave's birthday which he enjoyed by indulging in 3 dozen fresh crabs courtesy of Hans Toft's Aquiculture Program at Cape May Technical High School.
